When i try to register a new account (as a normal user) on my site i get sent to an error page https://paste.pics/c72d37786733f60047ab6d9ea68f3d52. However, while i get this message, strangely the user is registered on the backend. This is what i don’t quite understand, i am sent to an error page meanwhile i receive a registration without going through the confirmation setup.
I contacted my hosting provider and membership developer and they pointed me to you (cloudflare). Can anyone tell how to fix the issue please?
A 524 error indicates that Cloudflare made a successful TCP connection to the origin web server, but the origin did not reply with an HTTP response before the connection timed out. Review the suggestions in this Community Tip for troubleshooting ideas.
This gives you an idea of the error is. The user is registered because the request was received by the server, but no response was ever sent from there. The issue is on the server.
