Bypass Cloudflare by grey-clouding the DNS records or using the “pause Cloudflare” option

Wait 5 minutes… is it still down? It probably is. Meaning it’s a problem with the server

If you need to contact your host about a server issue, you should have Cloudflare bypassed when you do otherwise you’ll probably just confuse them

post a screenshot of your DNS page if you need more help

The server 54.36.162.252 responds to pings but is not listening on port 80 (HTTP) or 443 (HTTPS).

You’ll need to contact the server owner and ask them what’s up. It looks like you paused Cloudflare as the name is resolving directly to the IP currently, that’s good, leave it like that until the server is fixed then you can try unpausing.
