That’s highly possible. wordfence is blocking CF requests to ads. You can find out by disabling wordfence.
There should be some settings for wordfence to allow those requests from CF (check wordfence logs for starter).
thanks for the answer, but i just disable wordfence, same problem. I will wait until tomorrow, to see if still blocked.
