Error 522 only experienced by users from a single ISP and Cloudflare Datacenter

What is the issue you’re encountering

For the last few days a subset of my users have reported 522 errors.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The problem only affects a subset of my users. The Cloudflare logs show only users from the Cloudflare CPT datacenter on the 12091 - MTNNS Source ASN have been affected by this.
