Error 522 on ukit site

Hello.

I am getting an Error 522 on my website which is hosted byukit.com. I have contacted both Cloudflare and ukit supports. Both has supplied me with IPs to Whitelist but I am not sure where or how to do this. :disappointed_relieved: Please, I need help.

Hi @jeannecfelipe, here is a good article on white listing for Cloudflare, https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/201897700-Whitelisting-Cloudflare-IP-addresses. You should follow those directions to whitelist the IPs that ukit gave you,

To ensure all requests from Cloudflare are accepted by your server, you need to:

  1. Make sure that you’re not blocking Cloudflare IPs in .htaccess , iptables , or your firewall.
  2. Make sure your hosting provider isn’t rate limiting or blocking IP requests from the Cloudflare IPs and ask them to whitelist the IP addresses here: IP Ranges.
