Error 522 - I cannot see my website

My website went well for a month and then it becomes like this ERROR 522
I don’t know what do next. I already verified my email.
And it also a text like this on the page
“In order to transfer domains, you must [add a payment method]”
Do I have to add payment method before I can log in to my website?
So confused.

Here are the details on that error, Community Tip - Fixing Error 522: Connection timed out.

It shouldn’t have anything to do with transferring domains or payment methods.
