Hi everyone, there is such a problem, my site does not work with Ukrainian IPs, I include the user error and screenshot below.
The problem seems to be between your Cloudflare node and your server. Check your server’s configuration for any traffic being rejected (or if you are limiting requests to Cloudflare’s IP space, make sure your list is up to date and complete).
my hosting support service added your ipv6 and ipv4 to the white list, but it did not bring any result
