Error 522 Connection Timeout

Hello
I bought two DNS yesterday,and i’ve connected them to Cloudflare.I am running a Lamp server with their relative enabled virtual host files. When i visit them Cloudflare responds with Host Error 522.
How can i troubleshoot?
