Error 521 Host error re web server down

My sites are both down. Each saying host error. However when I have spoken with Fasthosts support just now and they ran a test script to check if things were okay at their end. That was the case so they have shown me that the nameservers pointing to Cloudflare are correct and that the issue with with Cloudflare.

Any suggestions on how I resolve please?

I suggest you use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com. The link is in the lower right corner of that page. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

Thanks for the reply. I still appear to have the issue so need to take a more detailed look into this.
