Error 521 and 520 after joining EZOIC

Recently after joining EZOIC, I am getting Error 521, and error 520, but the host is saying everything is fine on their end, can anyone help me with this, how to solve it?

Undo the EZOIC changes?

ezoic is our adex reseller, so we need to integrate with them. is there anyway to resolve this?

You’d need to ask them what changes they made and why those changes are now resulting in the errors you are seeing. It’s my understanding they integrate/change DNS records via API for their customers. If their integration is broken, they are the ones who will need to fix it.
