Error 520 - What's the solution?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could help to advise on an issue with our site ->

We are getting an Error 520 page on a number of pages on the site. Its an intermittent issue as sometimes it works fine and there’s no way to pin point the problem to a particular area/browser/time of day. The homepage always works ok.

I appreciate the general article from Cloudflare on possible issues but I was hoping someone could check out the root cause here? Our hosting company advice to contact Cloudflare and vis versa.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@domjh - thanks for the advice. I had whitelisted the CF IP range but the issue is still there :frowning:

We don’t have access to your account, if you have tried everything there, I would follow step 6 in the article I linked to making sure you include both HAR files so support can take a look at the connections and hopefully track down the issue.
