I do not get 520 error, rather a “parking page” from NameCheap I think:

I also have domains at NameCheap too.
Under your NameCheap account to to Domains, find your desired one and deactivate the Parking Page following below article - just make sure you click on “Turn Off” button (instead of Turn on):

Thanks. Seems like everything is fine. I’ve checked all those points.
Also strange: If I use incognito mode then alexestner.com works.
Any tips on what’s going on?

May I ask have you tried clearing your Web browser cache as it could be due to it?
Works fine at my end.
Firefox and Chrome, both mobile (network/cellular data, LTE) and desktop (home ISP).
Yes, I did it.
Somehow I still get it.
But interesting that you don’t have the same problem.
