Hello, I’m a customer on bet365 that has been receiving the error 520 whenever I try to open the app on my device. I also no longer can bet on other devices for the same account. I contacted bet365 support and they said they can’t do anything because it’s through Cloudflare. Is there any solution to this issue?
That’s not correct. Cloudflare will show a 520 error when something unexpected happens or when the origin server incorrectly interprets or does not tolerate a request due to a protocol violation or an empty response.
Their origin returned a response which Cloudflare didn’t know how to handle

Ah I see, so it’s something that needs to be done from their end?
Correct. If you provider the ray-id of your request that is getting blocked, they might be able to looked it up from their side, depending on the logging they have set up.
