I have been using Cloudfalre and Bluehost for almost a year,
So far I haven’t had a problem.
For the last two days, all my sites have gone down and I’m getting a 520 error.
I contacted Bluehost and they claim the problem is on your end.

I understand the problem here. However, a quick workaround while further investigating 520 errors is to either make the record DNS-only in the Cloudflare DNS app or temporarily pause Cloudflare.

And for which addresses do I need to make the record DNS-on?
Yes, indeed. temporarily pausing the Cloudflare solution for a while. After a while check that in a incognito browser and resume the same.
For the records that are proxied. Only for temporary to check

If 520 errors continue after contacting your hosting provider or site administrator, provide the following information to Cloudflare Support:
Full URL(s) of the resource requested when the error occurred
Cloudflare cf-ray from the 520 error message
Two HAR files:
one with Cloudflare enabled on your website, and
the other with Cloudflare temporarily disabled.
Try temporarily disabling the Cloudflare and check
I did disable Cloudflare and got the error: Internal Server Error
What I can do now?
Now you can get Bluehost involved to work with you on the server error, as they will no longer be distracted by Cloudflare IPs for as long as you have Cloudflare disabled.
