Error 504 after nginx SSL expedited

I have set up an instance on oracle cloud, downloaded wordpress on docker with portainer. Opened all ports in the security list, configured Nginx but for all this month, no connection between the domain and IP has been achieved.

After digging my IP with the help of Googe, the registrar, we found it’s not on their end. The domain:

I read a top of search Tip on error 504 and disabled Cloudflare proxy to bypass it.
Here are the logs:

In the images of portainer, I set an API for Cloudflare and set to be the hostname.

And the return from the tutorial I read here when using: //mydomain/cdn-cgi/trace

uag=Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/ Safari/537.36

My doubt is how to check the gateway, where is it? In the oracle instance? Where am I supposed to allow Cloudflare when the API has permitted access?

I expected to access the configuration page of wordpress.

Thanks for helping or pointing to a solution.
