Error 503 when accessing the website

Hi all.

We have a client who are unable to access the website(tools4.co.za) on their internal network but on the external network(ours) we are able to go through it with no issues.

As you mentioned that your client is only unable to access the website through their internal network, the issue is most likely a DNS issue or routing issue with their local network. You would need to check their DNS settings or run a traceroute to see where the traffic is blocked.

Additionally, you can check if it’s a DNS issue by temporarily changing their DNS settings to point to 1.1.1.1 to check if you are able to access the site.
