Error (502) My Site is Currently Offline

Hello CloudFlare Community,

I have recently discover an issue error over a website of my own “Discord Server” on the browser. It is being supported by “premium.dyno.gg” as a “Discord Bot”, once I select my premium server by purchasing it, it gave me an “Error 502” (Bad Gateway). I was customizing my server for 2 hours. Next day I got back on to customize my server and…
It say’s:
Cloudflare Ray ID: 520dfa73ced4c7d9 is currently offline. However, because the site uses Cloudflare’s Always Online™ technology you can continue to surf a snapshot of the site. We will keep checking in the background and, as soon as the site comes back, you will automatically be served the live version.

It has been a couple hours, they said that it will be back on in (minutes). They said that my “Browser” is
(working), “Denver” from “CloudFlare” is (working), last “premium.dyno.gg” as “Host” is (Error)

Please Help.

Hello Sandro,

I apologies for spamming… I new to this community site, and trying to understand to know what to do. I am really having trouble understand where to be guided to my help. If their is a step to step info, please let me know.

For starters, there’s the search at https://community.cloudflare.com/search

For your particular issue, there is the article I linked in my previous reply.

What it will come down to is that your server wont respond properly to Cloudflare, but that should be all covered in the article.

I see the previous from your response. I will research to see what can come into use from preventing and fixing this error, thank you. I may comeback just in case if I don’t have better understand, I will let you know if I am on the case to fix my issue.
