Error 429 Too Many Requests

Hello,

We got our service working for a long time, and a couple days ago we started to have problems, after further investigations we found the following error:

429 Too Many Requests

Anyone can help with this? The ip from our server where we do the calls to our website its allowed on the IP access page.

There is anything new that we have to do?
