If you aren’t on an Enterprise plan with custom limits for upload body client size, I am afraid you’re out of luck here.

Enterprise plans can change the upload limit in the dashboard which applies for the proxied hostnames, and if needed can request for higher number.

Maximum Upload Size is limit?

There’s a body size limit of 100 MB on Free and Pro, 200 MB on Business and 500 MB on Enterprise. Only Enterprise customers can request to have the body size limit increased. If you are not on the Enterprise plan you will have to split the upload into multiple requests or create a separate subdomain for uploading with proxying disabled .

Your possiblities are:

1. Double check if your web server can handle such large filesize uploads
2. Temporary Pause Cloudflare and re-upload them again to Nextcloud, upon success un-pause
3. Attach external storage such as FTP or WebDAV, Samba, CIFS, etc. and download/upload to Nextcloud server (but make sure you’re on unproxied hostname again)
4. Use another way to upload such large files when DNS record for such hostname using Nextcloud is unproxied (DNS-only)
