What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Log in to my account
  • Click “Add site”
  • Enter my domain
  • Leave the default “Quick Scan for DNS record”
  • Click “Continue”
  • On Step 1 of 3, select “Free” plan
  • Click “Continue”
  • I get a red bar at the bottom with the error: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)
  • I checked the Billing on my account, and everything is paid.
