Error 1292 when I tried to add a new billing info

Hello. Can someone help me from CF? Been trying to add a new billing info to no avail. Got an error 1292. Thanks.

I see my Billing colleague replied on 2897215 indicating your ticket has been sent to the Trust & Safety team. The Community cannot assist on this issue as the T&S team will need to look into your account.
