Error 1258 on upgrade to Business

We needed support for our domain with an urgent issue, and when we tried to upgrade to business to have faster access to support, we are unable to upgrade with error 1258. Now, we need support to access support?!

The ticket has been update by our support team yesterday that the matter was resolved and should not re-occur in future.
