Error 1258 not able to upgrade from Free to Pro plan

I am trying to upgrade from Free plan to Pro plan and getting a Error 1258 notification when trying to complete payment. My bank has confirmed everything is okay their end and issue lies with merchant. Can somebody help please?

Steps provided are not helpful as in our subscription we do not have any active subscriptions.
