I encountered an error with the message ‘Pay for any pending charges before removing the payment method. You cannot remove the payment method from the account because there are pending charges/balance. (Code: 1219).’ I believe I’ve cleared all outstanding charges, but I’m curious as to why I’m still unable to remove the payment method. Could you please provide some insight?

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.
