That’s an error message straight from your host. As the message says you need to contact them.

my hosting says it’s because I have Cloudflare and it’s not theirs :frowning:

That is incorrect, that message comes straight from them.

You best pause Cloudflare - Pause Cloudflare · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs - and discuss the details with your host.

This is the response from my hosting:

Since you are using Cloudflare, they mask the IP address of the original server, could you uncheck the proxy setting for A record in Cloudflare from the dns section? Change the proxy status from proxy to dns just to unmask the IP address after that, you can check if your websites are loading.

I have paused Cloudflare and the error disappears.

Then you will have to keep it paused, but that also means you won’t be using the Cloudflare features but only the DNS service. If that’s fine, you can either leave it paused or change the DNS entries to :grey:, otherwise you would need to get back to your host and discuss why they throw that error and what they can do about it.

The other issue is that your site is currently not working on HTTPS. Your host needs to fix that as well.

Could you tell me what are the possible reasons for the error?

On the other hand, are you telling me not to use ssl?

No, I am saying the opposite, you need to talk to your host to get your site working on HTTPS.

As for the error, that’s also something your host needs to clarify as that message comes from them.
