What is the issue you’re encountering

cannot create cnames to landing page providers in this account only

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried in other CF accounts… it works perfectly. Already working in many others. Deleted and added back new CNAMEs.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Setup new landing page subdomain domain in Keap, add the CNAME record to CF, verify fails (but works instantly in all other CF accounts). Try and navigate to the subdomain and it gives the error.

I have checked other posts about this and no fixes appear. Seems like this account or domain has a flag on it in Cloudflare backend.

I have tried contacting support, get support ticket numbers, but they tickets do not appear in my CF support cases… only one listed is from 2 years ago.

Try emailing back but only response I have had is to say I didn’t respond.
