Error 1101 on all Pages and Workers on any domains

The application started experiencing errors yesterday, despite there being no recent changes or deployments. I did receive a phishing complaint regarding one of my custom domain paths, but that issue was resolved more than a week ago and should not be causing the current problems.

Upon investigation, I found that there are no logs being generated for the requests, and they are not even reaching my workers. Additionally, there are no notices, in-app messages, or emails from Cloudflare regarding the issue.

Suggestions?
