Error 1097, .cloud and .com

Greetings all,

Trying to add a couple of domains but getting the error “This zone is banned and cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time, please contact Cloudflare Support. (Code: 1097)” I’ve read through https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/205359838#h_874829316161540417303369 but still getting same issue… Sure it’s just something simple I’ve missed. Anyone have any suggestions?

The domains in question are;
youbuyanycloud.com
youbuyany.cloud

Support should be able to clarify why the domains are banned :slightly_smiling_face:
