Setup the Custom Hostname and the fallback is active and the verification is active

That hostname is a CNAME to GoHighFunnels I believe.

dig +short www.dance2freedom.com
sites.ludicrous.cloud.

You need to make sure that you add www.dance2freedom.com to GoHighFunnels as a custom domain, not to your own account. Maybe you just want to redirect www.dance2freedom.com to dance2freedom.com instead?

I tried the redirect last night but kept getting an error message so I had to just set away.

I’ve now deleted the whole Custom CNAME and did the redirect…

www. is now leading to https://www.dance2freedom.com/dance2freedom.com

That is not a valid URL. You need to add the scheme, so https://dance2freedom.com
