I’m trying to point my domain to my Tebex store “watermcnet.tebex.io” and when I do, I get ERROR 104 CNAME Cross-User Banned. I have Tebex on the Plus plan and when I saw the error I contacted them directly. After a conversation and several days of support, they told me to contact you. I currently have a rule redirecting to my store so that people can enter the store directly, but I want to fix the error that appears when I put the domain “store.watermc.gg”.

Error 1014 indicates a configuration error in the account of the target domain. The configuration is usually handled automatically when you follow their procedure for adding a custom domain.

Please try to remove your domain from Tebex and add it again. If that doesn’t help, it’s something that their support will need to fix.

I’ve already done that on several occasions when I contacted Tebex and it didn’t work. When I tried to set up the domain again, the error occurred again.

As I said, this is a configuration error in Tebex’ Cloudflare account, so Cloudflare will not be able to help you directly.

Oh okay, but i can wait to other respond to see if anyone have this problem and can fix it
