Error 1016 DNS Error after change name servers to Cloudflare

What is the domain name?
GniVox.com

When you tested your domain, what were the results?
Error 1016: Origin DNS error

Describe the issue you are having:

  1. GniVox.com was resolved properly my domain provider using an A record
  2. After changed the name servers to Cloudflare, GniVox.com is failed to resolve.
  3. I was told that Cloudflare’s name servers are now responsible for the zone and responsible for creating the A record for GniVox.com to 76.131.84.32. I am not sure how to create an A record from Cloudflare’s website and I am not sure if what I was told is correct.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. My DNS service provider still has the correct A record configured and they were working before changing the name servers to Cloudflare

;; ANSWER SECTION:
gnivox dot com. 14400 IN A 76.131.84.32
;; Query time: 32 msec

  1. A record does not exist in the Cloudflare’s name servers

  2. DNS checker all failed

  3. ICANN lookup shows CLOUDFLARE’s name servers for Gnivox dot com

There’s no DNS record for gnivox.com right now, but there is for www.gnivox.com.

www.gnivox.com gives error 1016, which means the DNS record is a CNAME but the CNAME target does not resolve (maybe it points at gnivox.com).

You can show a screenshot of your DNS records if still unsure.

Your DNS service provider is now Cloudflare as you are using Cloudflare name servers. You likely need to set the A record for @ (gnivox.com) to 76.131.84.32 in your Cloudflare DNS here…

Thank you SJR for the help.

I have added an A record from the link you provided and recreated a Cloudflare certificate to solve some SSL issues.
The issue has been resolved.
