What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m encountering this Cloudflare error: ERROR 1015 You are rate limited. The owner of the website banned you temporarily in accessing the website. I’m experiencing this since last night and until today morning. I’m accessing the website Appointment scheduling as shown at the screenshot and can’t properly access the website now due to this error. I already closed and open my browser and also clear cache but still error occurs. It’s normal that you have to login at the website several times due to timeout limit of the website as it took time to fill out the questionnaires and also you have to check and choose schedule for the appointment on which it offers different earliest schedule available from time to time that’s why you have to login frequently and the website seems detected it as malicious behavior which is not. This is so irritating! Can you help please?

I already closed and open my browser and also clear cache but still error occurs.

In accessing the website using my account and can’t proceed on the next page as error occurs.

That website looks like us travel docs, which I believe I’ve seen others post about, so you’re most likely not the site owner.

You’ll have to reach out to them via whatever lines of communication they have set up and let them know about this. It may help if you provide them that Ray ID and Your IP, so they can track down why you were rate limited. They’ll need to fix whatever setting they have in place that’s doing this.
