We connected the sud domain to gitbook and this issue is created! It happens always if you connect to gitbook and so far we know only cloudflare can fix it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We checked every possible solution and nothing seems to work.

You need to contact GitBooks as they can add your site to their configuration so you can proxy the record. Otherwise, you have to unproxy the record.
