I pointed domain docs to gitbook cname, and got a message like “cross user domain banned”, please help me to fix this.

Would you set the proxied record to to DNS :grey: only

I assumed there were multiple records (A & CNAME) which were conflicting. But not that’s not the case. I do not the see that issue when I run a sub too using gitbook for test purpose. Would you try removing and readding the sub from gitbook completely? While getting the CNAME, make sure to set DNS only by default in CF in order to avoid any conflict when record is being created at gitbook.
