Error 1014 on Hostinger hosted site?

I have a domain that’s hosted on Hostinger. I also have a Cloudflare account with my company’s domain’s CNAME proxied to the Hostinger-generated domain. This had been working great for months. At some point recently I started getting Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned responses on my domain. Is this because Hostinger is somehow now using Cloudflare and now I’m in this cross-user situation where I wasn’t before?

I’m trying to contact Hostinger support to see if that’s the case from this side but thought I’d post here in case anybody else has encountered this, or has suggestions for how to deal with this situation.
