Error 1014 & Code 1004 For 2 sites

So I moved everything over 2 of my sites to Cloudflare.

But now hit with these errors:

Site #1 - Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned
Site #2 - I cannot add subdomains or anything and receive error 1004

I have researched all the help topics but not sure where to start

Any help will be appreciated :facepunch:
