You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is not allowed by Cloudflare’s security policy.
What is the issue you’re encountering
one of the subdomains for my site isnt populating. according to the error the subdomain is registered accoss multiple clourdflare accounts but i only have one account
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
changed my ssl settings from flexible to strict.
deleted and readded the cname
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
The service behind the sub-domain which you’re using seems to be on a Cloudflare network, or already using Cloudflare, therefrom you should be able to use unproxied (DNS-only) for that particular CNAME sub-domain.
Does switching from the to the (DNS-only) change anything?
You’ll have to ask whoever is hosting that target for clarification as you’re using a CNAME records that points to a Cloudflare account already, which as 1014 error explains is not allowed to host external CNAMEs.
Seems like you’re using some 3rd-party service which is on Cloudflare.
the cname was already unproxied and its the same one I’ve been using for almost 3 years. I haven’t changed or added anythingso I’m not understanding why this is just now starting. The name is pointing to my cloudflare account. The only third-party service I can think would be that Im connecting the site using gohighlevel but again this has been the same set up I’ve been using for years with the same cloudflare account I’ve been using.
