Error 1014 “CNAME Cross-User Banned”

Hello,

We were directed by EngagingNetworks to change 2 of our DNS entries from A records, to C-name records, point to: us.engagingnetworks.app.

However, upon attempting to load the websites, we’re now getting Error 1014 “CNAME Cross-User Banned. You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is prohibited by security policy." (screenshot).

I relayed this back the Engaging Networks, who told us to reach out to Cloudflare to ask whether you can make an exception in order for this to work. Can you please assist, asap?

The request to get this working will need to come from the Cloudflare customer that the CNAME is pointing to (they will need to be on a paid plan).
