Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned - Upgrade my plan to cloudflare pro?

My customer (use Cloudflare free plan) cname to my subdomain and get error that Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned.

if I upgrade my plan to Cloudflare pro will this error automatically fix or not?
