Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned (Laraval Vapor)

I am using Laraval Vapor with AWS.

larval vapor creates a DNS.

When I add a Cname in Cloudflare with that DNS I get this error:

Error 1014

CNAME Cross-User Banned

How do I get around this? It says to contact support to verify. I don’t have a Pro account. I have a business account.

Hi @tambirasolutions,

By default, Cloudflare prohibits a DNS CNAME record between domains in different Cloudflare accounts.

You need to follow the steps to configure SSL for SaaS .

If you are not an Enterprise customer, go to SSL/TLS > Custom Hostnames to enable Cloudflare for SaaS.

Take Care!
