Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned

Hello i’m facing same issue like this post, i can’t open a ticket because i was in free plan, what can i do to resolve this ?

The ticket with the changed to the CNAME should be opened by the owner of the target domain.

That account owner can open a ticket
