Error 1014 Cname cross user banned error

I am getting error 1014 after I made a dns change in my crm (Go High Level) which took my website and all subdomains offline (www.amzmanagedsolutions.com). According to the error it is saying I have this domain in another account pointing to the dns records in my account…but to the best of my knowledge…this is the only cloudflare account associated with www.amzmanagedsolutions.com. Any ideas?

Make sure your DNS records pointing to Go High Level are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”. See…

Hi Thanks for the response. My DNS records aren’t proxied. Go High Level had a system wide update in which they migrated the setting for cname records to sites.ludicrous.cloud. I have several domains setup using Go High Level and the others resolve fine. It seems to be an issue with this domain in particular but I can’t seem to pinpoint it.
