Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned (by subdomain)

Hello.

I got an Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned when domain does not have www.

For example,
I can access to
https://www.uptodate.email/9435024d9a8b40f2bb6f59643db82ec7

But I got an error when I try to access to
https://uptodate.email/9435024d9a8b40f2bb6f59643db82ec7

When I access to www.uptodate.email
domain is directed uptodate.email/9435024d9a8b40f2bb6f59643db82ec7
not www.uptodate.email/9435024d9a8b40f2bb6f59643db82ec7

I would be appreciated if someone let me know how to fix this.

It sounds like you’ve set your DNS records to :orange: Proxy.

‘www’ forwards to non-www. Is this through a Page Rule?

It also sounds like your site is hosted somewhere that already uses Cloudflare.
