Error 1005 Still Showing Up After User Added to IP Access Rules List

Our law firm’s website is being blocked so that a client can’t see it. He’s unable to access our page from two different IP Addresses within his home. He’s receiving Error message 1005. I’ve added him as an allowable user under the IP Access Rules, but he’s still not able to see our page. Please help. Thanks.

The 1005 implies access has been blocked due to IP reputation, they may want to check the IP reputation of those IPs, they can start here Inspect an IP | Project Honey Pot and then go to the other sites suggested from projecthoneypot.

You should also check that the correct IPs have been allowed and ask your client to clear their browser cache and/or try a different browser.
