Error 10015 with error status code 400. Phishing attack

Hi, we are getting the Error 10015 with error status code 400. We have rectified the issue and upon clicking the request for review option we are receiving the below error. How can we get this reviewed and rectified?

If you fixed the issue that triggered the phishing warning, log in your dashboard, select the zone and on the Overview tab there should be a button called Request Review:
