Error 1001 DNS resolution error using third party register's domain

Hello

I bought a domain using third party register which provides me with free certified email, so what i did was changing register’s A record IP value to point to mywebsite.pages.dev IP.
Register’s DNSSEC is disabled, but i get Error 1001 DNS resolution error.
What am I doing wrong? Is it a Partial (CNAME) setup so it is not available in free tier as stated here https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/partial-setup/ ?

A CNAME setup is not available on the Free plan, no.

If you are just trying to use Cloudflsre Pages though, you don’t need to use Cloudflare’s DNS. You can add the custom domain and point it with a CNAME as instructed here:
