Error 1001 & Billing Error

What is the name of the domain?

hatchcrm.com

What is the error number?

1001

What is the error message?

DNS resolution error What happened? You’ve requested a page on a website (dashboard.hatchcrm.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (dashboard.hatchcrm.com). There are two potential causes of this: Most likely: if the owner just signed up for Cloudflare it can take a few minutes for the website’s information to be distributed to our global network. Less likely: something is wrong with this site’s configuration. Usually this happens when accounts have been signed up with a partner organization (e.g., a hosting provider) and the provider’s DNS fails.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am getting a Error 1001 on my domain after trying to update the DNS settings.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tired to re-add my domain to cloudflare, but I am getting this issue:
could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

I have already paid off the $0.81 that was in my balance, but nothing has changed.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Remove domain, try to re-add it, update registrar nameservers to Kinsta to see if it will fix it, still getting error 1001 with new nameservers, cannot re-add to cloudflare to try to fix.
