I have the same issue created a billing ticket (00978768) and got no answer after a week! I created a community topic and have received no answer there yet. It’s ridiculous, there is no call center, the ticketing system is not working and this issue that happened before for someone else is still happening for others which means the root cause is not recognized. I lost my domain for a week now and CF doesn’t care. the weird thing is that all registrars send a reminder 60 days before expiration and many more after that but I did not receive even one from CF.
What’s going on at CF these days?! My esclated and urgent ticket is not answered after 11 days! My domain is in grace period and I need this to resolve asap please. 00978768
Thanks @ikmal , Now I tried it again and it renewd successfully, I see that the renew page process is different now. BUT I paid 44 USD plus tax more than I should because the support process took so long that I had to pay the redemption fee. How can I ask for refund for that?
