What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Because I forgot my Cloudflare password, I proactively created a new Cloudflare account and pointed my domain’s nameservers to this new account. However, after doing so, my website started encountering errors.

If you have used Cloudflare’s DNS scan when adding the site to your new account and you had proxied records before, Cloudflare will have read Cloudflare IP addresses for those records instead of your real web host DNS records, hence this error.

Check your DNS records are set correctly as required by your web host.

If your web host also uses Cloudflare, this error can also mean that their end is not configured correctly for your domain, so check with them.
