Error 1000 using godaddy hosted wordpress

after setting up the domain name on get.gov to point to clouflare nameservers and setting up the dns records from godaddy on cloudflare I get the error 1000

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

verified dns record are correct turned off proxiedand used dns only both have the same results

it is enabled I have no way to toggle it on or off with this site.

Check with Godaddy as this user did…

GoDaddy sucks :frowning: Yep, you’ll have to reach out to their support, they will give you a new IP address, update that in Cloudflare and you should be good to go. It took me over an hour chatting with them for them to finally do it, but it was definitely caused by their CDN update. Truly ridiculous.

There is no longer a way to toggle on/off the CDN in GoDaddy - they are the only ones who can do that/who can change the IP address. Sigh… They refuse to acknowledge that it’s their fault, but multiple of us on this forum had the exact same issue and same solution.

I got it working after toggling the site to our old domain name and back it reset up cdn IP stayed the same however the site now pulls up. thank you everyone for your advice.
